Join us on Wednesdays now through April 16 for a soup dinner at 6 p.m. in our Fellowship Hall followed by Lenten Vespers at 6:45 p.m.

Palm Sunday / April 13 / 10:30 a.m.

Maundy Thursday / April 17 / 6 p.m.

Good Friday / April 18 / 6 p.m.

Easter Morning / April 20 / Breakfast at 9 a.m. followed by worship at 10:30 a.m.

Redeemer is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and we’re continuing a mission that’s been serving Bristol since 1891.

All are welcome at Redeemer Lutheran! We hold a worship service every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at 1370 Island Road, Bristol, VA 24201., just off Exit 1. We also broadcast live on our Facebook Page “Redeemer Lutheran of Bristol.”

What do Lutherans believe?

It all started in 1517 when German monk Martin Luther nailed his Ninety-five Thesis—a call to reform the Catholic church—to the door of the church in Wittenberg. This document sparked the Protestant Reformation and changed the world.
